Sky Haven Estates

Designed the community, secured entitlements, and sold the entitled land to Lafferty Homes — who then completed horizontal infrastructure and built the homes. Named after Blue Bison Ln, the street running through the development.

Hunter's Meadow

Designed and entitled this residential community in Tooele, Utah, then sold to a production builder. A clean execution from concept to sale.

Fox Creek Estates (now Hyde Pointe)

Originally designed as Fox Creek Estates across three phases. After Blue Bison secured full entitlements, the project was sold to Ivory Homes, one of Utah's premier builders, who completed the community under the name Hyde Pointe.

Hidden Acres

A boutique custom home neighborhood designed for buyers seeking privacy, space, and craftsmanship. Hidden Acres reflects Blue Bison's ability to curate communities — not just develop land.

The Sequoias at Alpine Hollows

Fifty super-luxury estate lots positioned on the border of Draper and Alpine, Utah — one of the most desirable addresses in the state. Currently in active horizontal development. A premier example of Blue Bison's ability to unlock high-barrier, high-value land.
